First Step: Schedule Your Free Intro
During you FREE trial class your coach will run you thru some fundamental movements and make an assessment on the best way to start your fitness journey to promote success. You may be wondering if you are in shape enough to start.
At Beaverton Strength and Conditioning you have expert coaches to guide you. What if I can’t do a pushup? A pull up? Or a sit up? Our coaches are very experienced in modifying and scaling each movement. This works with every exercise. There are options you never thought of! So, are you an athlete? The answer is simple…YES!!
OnBoarding
Required for those new to CrossFit
After your FREE Intro Class, your next step is Onboarding. During Onboarding, you’ll learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, get acquainted with our community, and work closely with a coach to dial in key movements and technique. Onboarding may include one, two, or three personalized sessions, depending on your fitness background and experience. These sessions are designed to ensure you feel confident, safe, and prepared before joining regular group classes.
