Where were you in your fitness journey before BSC and where are you now?
I sucked at CrossFit and fitness in general. Now I am better at CrossFit and fitness in general.
What were your goals when you started, and have you achieved any of them?
Lose some weight and gain some strength. Definitely made some progress.

When/what was your "ah ha!" moment?
When Mike played motley crue for 3 days straight, and on the 3rd day it clicked. I was like maybe they aren't that bad of a band after all.
Does anyone at the gym (member or trainer) inspire you and why?
All of the coaches have played a part in helping me through my time at BCF. Natalie, Lauren, Derrick, Sasha, Lyndsey, Danielle, and Nick! Always there for any questions or advice regarding technique or just there to hype you up when you start to slow down. Other inspiring members include Doug, Eric, Damascus, Brett and Ryan and the new guy that lifts like 1000 lbs in every movement.
