A: 3 position snatch ((1+1+1) x 5)
*Begin light and build each set to a moderate weight.
*Focus on quality of movement from each position.
B: Snatch (Snatch : (80%/2)x5)
*Quality setup on each rep. If you fail, take weight off or do over.
C: Snatch Pull ((80%x2)x5)
*Build each set if form allows
10 Supine BB Glute Bridges
10 DB 1-Arm Step back OH lunge (In place)
8 Hanging straight leg raises (or knee tucks)
