What you do in the off season has a significant impact on your individual and team success. A well-rounded athlete should aim to improve upon all aspects of athleticism year round by following a sound strength and conditioning program.

- Cardio Endurance
We recommend a minimum 4 week block that involves all above aspects of training. Teams meet 2-3 times a week with our coaches at BSC. Each class includes a warm-up, technique work to ensure proper form, a strength component, metabolic conditioning, as well as a cool down. All of this is monitored by our highly trained and experienced coaches. We keep our coach to athlete ratio small to ensure that your athlete receives optimal attention.
The benefits of strength training are numerous including absolute strength, stronger bones and joints, and injury prevention.
Have your athletes be the fittest athlete on the field by participating in our strength and conditioning program before the season starts.
