Nutrition Coaching

Our Basic Nutrition Quickie session is a 15 minute 1:1 meeting with a coach. The coach will present basic recommendations on food types, quantity, and timing to optimize health.  You will receive a list of suggested foods and some meal ideas.  Your coach will answer any questions you have about fitness and nutrition.  This is a great plan for beginners or anyone wanting to start making nutrition a priority.  The cost for this session is $30.

Our Basic Nutrition session is a 30 minute 1:1 meeting with a coach.  You will complete an intake questionnaire to assist in creating a personalized macro and calorie based plan individualized for you. Your coach will give you nutritional recommendations for optimizing performance pre/post workout.  With this plan you will self-monitor your daily intake.  This plan is suggested for individuals familiar with tracking macros.  The cost for this session is $60.

Our Basic Nutrition Plus session is a 30 minute 1:1 meeting with a coach.  You will complete an intake questionnaire to assist in creating a personalized macro and calorie based plan individualized for you. Your coach will give you nutritional recommendations for optimizing performance pre/post workout.  With this plan you will receive three  additional  weekly check-ins with a coach to review progress and make any necessary adjustments.  This plan is great for accountability and support to ensure success. The cost for this session is $90.

Once you have made your purchase email the coach you would like to work with and you will work together to coordinate your appointment time.
