Pick a weight and perform AMRAP

Using either C/J or snatch

A: Back Squat (4×3 @85-90%)

A2: Back Squat (1 x 20 AHAP – UB 5 min after)

B: Mary (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols (5-L / 5-R)
15 Pull-ups

Accessory Work

A: Metcon (No Measure)

3-4 sets of

5/side 1 arm DB row @ 31X1
