A well-rounded athlete should aim to improve upon all aspects of athleticism year round. Our specific programming will improve:

  • Stamina

  • Cardio Endurance
  • Accuracy

We recommend a minimum 4 week block that involves all above aspects of training. Teams meet 2-3 times a week with our coaches at BSC. We will always have 3-4 coaches actively involved in each session.
