It’s hard when your on the road to get quality training in so here is a list of some WODs you can do with little to no gear…enjoy!

1. AMRAP in 10 min of 10 push ups / 20 sit ups

2. 4 rounds of 400m run / 50 air squats

3. With dumbbells, 4 rounds of 15 thrusters / 10 man makers

4. 5 rounds of 100m sprint / 10 burpees

5. 300 DUs, each time you stop do 10 push ups

6. 200 push ups, each time you stop do a 400m run

7. At a local track, 800m run, 800m run backwards, 400m run, 400m run backwards

8. 3 rounds of 20 alt lunges w/ something over head, 20 sit ups, 20 push ups

9. 5k run for time

10. On a treadmill, 400m run / 10 thrusters / 20 sit ups
